Pockets everywhere
I have had this bag for a few months now and carried it most days over the summer when my usual carry option was not available (huge pockets in a fleece jacket). I have the plain black one which suits my normal haunts of Nottingham city centre without looking overly 'military' and gets used as a general EDC bag as well as a secondary bag when going away for a short break. I have added the always useful Janus Pouch to the main strap which has given me a few additional quick-and-easy pockets for things like bus pass and phone although an addition such as this is not really needed at all as the bag itself has a pouch or pocket for just about everything. Outside there is a large poket which is ideally suited to mobile phone carry with even a relatively large phone such as my Sony Z2 fitting easily with no parts exposed. Even after walking across town in the rain, the phone inside was fine and dry. A double pocket on the outside is intended as a pistol magazine pouch but has formed a perfect home for the substantially sized Victorinox Handyman whilst the rifle magazine pouches are ideal for a small notebook or a tobacco tin sized item. The moveable divider in the main compartment has allowed for a good sized first aid kit to be held securely whilst still leaving more useable space than the internal dimensions of Maxpedition's Jumbo EDC Versipack, itself a good bag but slightly limited for what I wanted to be carrying.
