I bought the Dutch patch for my 5.11 bag and it's high quality, fits well, sticks well and is easy to clean if it gets scuffed.
I got the German patch from a local shop (sorry Heinnie) and it's lasted well. I've had I for just over 3 weeks. In regards to Russia it's partly in Europe. Most major Russian cities lie within Europe including Moscow.
