I purchased this in black to use with a Mystery Ranch 20L tote. Without the Maxpedition 2in Non Slip Shoulder Pad the tote is quite uncomfortable with moderate weight inside, with the shoulder pad zero problems. The Maxpedition 2in Non Slip Shoulder Pad does a fantastic job improving general comfort.

Perfect Replacement for shoulder pad

I ordered this to replace the shoulder pad on my foliage maxpedition type s versipack I've had for many years the bag has held up wonderfully and the shoulder pad was becoming worn. This item is top quality and exactly right for a replacement. A great item at a very good price.
