Marttiini’s fishing knives cut meat from the bone with precision making filleting of all types easy and pleasurable. They have served anglers, fishermen and cooks for several decades now. The extraordinarily sharp and flexible blade follows the contours of the fish perfectly.
The Marttiini Filleting Knife Basic model provides excellent service at a very reasonable price and is available in a variety of sizes enabling the user to work with smaller fish right up to fish of around 2-3 kg.
The blade is made using super sharp stainless steel with a handle of rubber enabling a sure grip even in wet and cold conditions. All size knives are supplied with a green plastic sheath.
