This is a very high quality pouch from Leatherman. Yes it's made in China. It is 5" long, and 1.75" wide. The belt loop will fit a 2" belt. Fits a Supertool 300, or a folder 4.5" closed, maybe 4.75". The snap closure, or popper, is the best I have ever seen. The sides are elasticated for a snug fit. You could say it has dual drain-ports. Vertical belt-carry only. Thanks to HH for a great price. I am very pleased with my purchase.
