    Rodgers clip point knife

Posted by Daniel Calderwood on 10th Jun 2021

Was delivered next day, which was appreciated. This is a great knife with a minimalist form factor. Came usably sharp from the box, which was improved by a minutes work with a honing steel to paper slicing sharpness. Highly recommended.

    Simple Rodgers knife

Posted by Alexander on 26th May 2021

Buying this one I wasn't really expecting much, you know: simple, all steel, rough look. But it turned out really well made! All smooth, no sharp edges on the handle, pins are flush and you can't even feel them on the handle. Blade is of good shape too, though sharpened kind of rough, but not a disaster at all. Some blade play is present, but what else to expect from such construction? Overall, I am very much pleased with that purchase! Wish HH have more Egginton traditional stuff.

    Bargain!

Posted by Reece on 12th Feb 2020

I'm plesantly surprised and glad that 'made in Sheffiled' still means something, this is the sharpest knife I've ever used out of the box and it's a strong little slipjoint, would work very well as a gents folder too as it's very slim.

Buy it and you will love it

Posted by Matthew S on 8th Dec 2019

I bought this knife December 2018 now December 2019 and I have carried it nearly every day since, the knife yes it's hard to open in the begining, but just sit opening and closing it, and it will break in, add a bit of oil too. It's easy to get a great edge, and holds that edge well. It simply falls into you watch pocket and you will forget that it's there, until you need it. No bashing or getting tangled with your keys or other item in your pockets. Very friendly UK knife, yes clip point may put people off but it's only 2 1/2 inch so well below the limit. I would love this knife to get the recognition it deserves.

    Good for the money

Posted by Chris on 31st Dec 2016

For the money this is a slimline light but rugged knife takes a bit of Polish and cleaning and the edge from factory is poor and there are gaps in liners but apart from that it turns out good with a bit of use The blade is tough to open not one for ladies or kids as easy to break a nail as I've learnt myself

    A little belter

Posted by Andy on 24th Feb 2015

Loved cheap simple Opinel carbon steel penknives till they became outlawed so to speak, have always carried a penknife as tool for over 40 yrs. like spyderco and recently bought a Swedish Enzo uk legal pocketknife for 10 times the cost of this one. Truth- I prefer this, simple very slender and pocket friendly easy to keep a good edge. Well made British legal tool. Perfect. If I lose it shall get the same again.
