Introduced in 2011, the EX-F01 is the ultimate field tool packed with features. With its thick tool steel blade the EX-F01 is ready for all tasks. Additionally the broad point in front of the false edge provides strength for the tip and a large land for batonning.
The 3D sculpted scales provide the user with a comfortable grip while performing strenuous cutting activities. To complement the grip, the blade includes a serrated thumb ramp and finger detent in the frame. The EX-F01 has an integrated hidden compartment in the frame which is accessed by using the supplied wrench.
The sheath has a hard insert, dual retention snaps, multiple carry options, is MOLLE compatible and can accept a small pouch on the front.

This is a very high quality fixed-blade, with a great scabbard. These G-Mascus handles are beautiful. My main review is under the 7" tan version. I am very pleased with my purchase. Thanks to HH for a great price. There is a Youtube video of this model.
