    Near perfect EDC

Mine aRrived today and it is brilliant! Good solid highest quality build without being too heavy. It punches way above its weight. If it had a pocket clip it would be perfect!!!

    Excellent Design and Build.

Very pleased with this as a prospective EDC. It is slim and light enough to disappear into the bottom of a jeans pocket - and yet sturdy and secure feeling in use. It's not easy to explain the build - from within my own collection, it has the hand feel and blade shape of a Shing Puffin, with the quality fit and smoother and lighter action of an Enzo PK70. If that makes sense ? The blade opens without a struggle, passes through a slightly vague half(ish)stop and propels itself confidently into a secure full-open position. It takes a medium force to overcome the spring detent on the way back, passing through the loose zone midway home, and then on to another nicely sprung and positive closure. The blade is sufficiently proud of the scale to be easily gripped without resorting to the finger nail nick . The blade tip is comfortably inside the scale at both side and end - with no chance of catching it on finger or trouser. I have bigger and heavier UK legal knives - which I tend to leave at home due to their bulk. I have smaller and lighter UK legal knives - which I tend to leave at home due to their limited real-world utility. For the person who carries a knife out of habit, rather than for a specific hard-core activity - then this might very well emerge as the Goldilocks of UK pocket knives ! There is a feeling of quality and luxury about the knife - think 1970s Mercedes - without anything particularly attention grabbing - it's subtle and (I hope) functional rather than flashy - and only you know about the S35VN : ) Recommended without reservation. And congratulations to the team at HH !

    I've been waiting for this....

I was lucky enough to see the prototype a few weeks ago. I told Richy I definitely wanted one. I have now picked mine up and had it in my hand. This really is about the best EDC knife I own. It feels like an SAK on steroids. Titanium and S35VN make this a very high spec little folder. It's very smooth to open. Not too tight, not too loose. Traditional and modern all rolled into one. Thanks for the early look see guys. Well done.
