Ganzo firebird
A great little knife, straight out of the box, I’ve used for the last week for my job, and no complaints so far, except the release button is a bit stiff.

The Ganzo Firebird F7551 is an extremely capable tool which can easily adapt to any environment. It borrows a design from a kitchen knife with a wide blade in the Wharncliffe style making it perfectly suited to food prep. Plus a jimping area stands proud on the back of the blade making close controlled work a breeze. 440C stainless steel is a more than adequate steel and will retain an edge very well whilst also keeping corossion at bay.
The handle is heavily textured G10 which gives a firm grip even in the wet and is pretty much indestructible. A lanyard hole is cut through the G10 allowing you to add a lanyard of your choice and a pocket clip means you can keep your knife close in the great outdoors.

It is an excellent pocket knife with a serious blade designed to be controlled using a finger grove, grip hole, and thumb grip on the blade.
