    Fox Zero.

Elephant in the room. The scales let it down. They are excellent in themselves, but why oh why did they not use a brass frame, if costs are being kept low. Even a washer based pivot would elevate it. Ergonomics are spot on. Now to the star of the show the Blade! BE CUT steel. Easy to get a sharp edge.. And with a brief strop.. Buttery sharp. Come on Fox.. Make this a brilliant knife with a sub frame and ball race. But keep the superb scales.

KNIVES FOX ZERO 2.0 FOLDING KNIFE

Posted by Gerwyn Weaver on 23rd Feb 2024

A very handy little knife, the build quality is nice and the materials are rather nice for a Italian knife at this price the biggest issue I have with the knife ( and it’s not a killer in anyway) is that it runs on the scales of the knife itself not on a set of separate washers, which makes the action rather stiff for one hand opening. You can do one hand opening but the effort required is not worth it so I just use two hands and don’t worry about it. You can easily stick a set of washers in there no problem but I don’t think you will bother as this knife is just a little bit of a work piece/beater number.
