The thick, coated, seat belt cutter blade is made from N690Co steel and features the seat belt cutter edge plus a pry bar, bottle opener, phillips and flat screwdriver. There are also ambidextrous thumb studs. The handle is a combination of rubber and FRN and has a pocket clip and glass breaker. It is supplied with a ten lock and belt carrier for ease of carry and
access.
