I ordered this refill to put in my titech titanium light weight pen because it states on the page that this is the refill it fits which it does not so now I have spent £30 on a pen I can't use because I can't get spare refills for it

I ordered 3 refills (blue, black and red). The blue had been opened and used before. Secondly they don't fit Zebra pens! I have a Zebra F701 Ball Pen Retractable Stainless Steel Medium Black Ref 44970 and a Zebra Pen 21971 1.0mm F-301 Stainless Steel Ballpoint Pen - none of these fit or work in them.
