Great refill, writes on anything at any time
I’ve just had to replace my pen insert after a good solid 18 months of use. This was occasional writing most days and the pen always performed and wrote easily and clearly. It has never failed in all temps and weathers and has been the single most reliable pen I’ve ever owned. I was more than happy with how long it lasted and equally confident to buy a replacement which was fitted in seconds and will no doubt serve me well for the next 1-2 years. The pen I’m using it in is an Uzi brand and because the pen is quite large I’ve managed not to misplace it, first time for everything. Easy to recommend these refills. Great products.
It’s a refill for a pen so I can’t get too excited about it. It’s what I wanted and as ever Heinnie did the job with out fault, couldn’t ask for more.
A great refill. Well designed and made with marvellous performance. No complaints.
think i'm on my fourth one now and always perfect and a great upgrade for any parker refill pen
Fantastic quality, they work as advertised, upside down and on difficult surfaces. They write very nicely on regular paper too. As a note on longevity, I recently came across some old stock during a house move. One is dated 1990, the other 1992. Each refill worked perfectly without any coaxing. Brilliant.
I am on number 3 of these now, the first having worked for years until it ran out, and the second one being killed by an accidental nose-first drop into tarmac. It was driven in by the mass of the tactical pen behind it! Even that didn't kill it - it still writes - but it is now a bit blobby, and you sometimes have to scribble. (It is still going, after near a year since dropping it, but will now be a back-up) If you've not used one of these, buy one, it is worth it.
These refills provide a nice smooth writing experience. They even let you write in the pouring rain, under water, on the moon (literally) since they are pressurized with some nitrogen gas (it is very safe). The ink is also more secure from tests I have seen performed. That means if you write a cheque to someone and write and sign using a pen containing a fisher refill, the ink is extremely difficult to remove (so that someone could alter the amount the cheque is for etc) and in the tests that I saw done there was always a very readable remnant left over which was impossible to ignore which would make tampering almost impossible. So I highly recommend these refills. They can be used in Fisher space pens and quite an array of other pens including pens that are marked as taking a parker refill.
