The folding knives in the Tre Kronor series are lightweight, safe and stunningly beautiful. The new edge steel, 3G, is a revolutionary laminated anticorrosive steel, with a core comprising the well-proven powder steel Super Gold Powder Steel (SGPS) and sides of VG2. A combination that will ensure a very long edge life.
The classic enduring design is the result of a long refinement process focusing on the functional concept of the folding knife. The TK3 is a secure, solid folding knife, whose blade, in the new 3G steel, represents the best on the market today. The blade locks in its open position with a well-proven locking mechanism, the back lock. Every folding knife is manufactured by hand, which should and does mean small naturally occuring variations.

Service was excellent, ordered and dispatched in the same day at no extra cost. The knife falls well short considering the price,my concern before I received the knife was the blade but you know what it was good, handle was good until you looked closely ,extremely poor finish around the circular emblem and scratches on end of handle near blade. As I said if you don't look closely it's fine it's just a shame the quality isn't what it should be.
Nice knife. Good quality although the tip wasn't centered. Excellent service from HH.
A couple of years before a review, some time to actually use the thing. All I can really say that it is beautiful. Lovely in the hand, a great lock, really good tolerances. The little coin thing on the handle scales might divide opinion, but it is what it is. It is a joy to use nevertheless. The oddity is the sheath included. Sure, it is practical, but it seems at odds with the beauty of the knife. Like putting a rubber strap on a dress watch. It would be so much more fitting with a nice leather sheath. That aside, very happy owner. I will say though, it is one of those knives that is almost too nice to use and abuse, and often becomes a secondary knife at camp.
This product is amazing, I would highly recommend it as it is a quality knife. The lock mechanism is super smooth and the blade comes paper cutting sharp out of the box. However, the delivery of the product was disappointing, UPS failed to deliver the knife to my house for the original scheduled time slot and I had to pick it up from a collection point. Otherwise great knife, if you are willing to spend this money for a quality gentleman's knife definitely purchase this one
A real quality knife made beautifully designed and made to very high standards. The instant you see this knife you can see its quality. Opening is super smooth and precise and the the join between the spring, case and blade are absolutely seamless. I chose the Desert Ironwood version and it is absolutely beautiful, light in color with thin pattern and an almost translucent appearance. Very well presented in a wooden box it also has a neat little sheath / case. Cant imagine how it would be improved.
