Fallkniven d12 pro
Just bought my second one of these. Like all diamond steels they do wear out. However out of all the one I've tried ( F. Dick / DMT ) this one is far superior in use and longevity. I have been a butcher for 40 years and this probably the best steel I've used in that time. It's very aggressive at first, something you find in most steels, but is unsurpassed in the ability to remove burrs, feather edges or restore a cutting edge. With this said I find it best to finish edge with a more traditional steel or finer honing steel
