INGREDIENTS: Diced Potato (31%), Onions, Minced Beef (9.4%), Vegetable Oil, Brown Lentils (Brown Lentils, Salt), Diced carrots, Diced Swede, Chicken Stock, Tomato Puree, Cornflour, Sugar, Chives, Parsley, Ground Black Pepper, Salt.
PREPARATION: Remove the oxygen absorber (sachet) from inside the pouch. Add 200ml of boiling water, stir the contents, and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate.
REMARKS: Cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer.
Expedition Foods meals have a long shelf life of up to 5 years.
