    Peace of mind

Posted by Tim on 25th Oct 2016

Been using the "xl 22lt " version as a liner in my rucksack for my daily commute, i have been caught out in several severe downpours and its performed faultlessly in keeping my change of clothes dry ,I would highly recommend just for the peace of mind

    Not submersible indeed

Posted by Jamie on 23rd May 2012

These will keep your gear dry from rain, sure, but a pack liner or even a pack cover will do just as well. Where these really should have shone, is when it came to river crossings, falling off of a canoe, etc. Unfortunately, as my little bathtub test showed, submersing these for even a few seconds causes water to get inside, which is a real downer for down bags (pun intended). From what I could tell, the weak point was the webbing they use at the top. It just absorbs moisture and transfers it to the inside of the bag - silly! Other companies use better materials, such as hypalon, but I haven't tested how good they are yet.

You can fit two pairs of socks OR a single Shemagh OR an amazon kindle in a case.

A goog size of drybag, enough room for a sleeping bag and a small pillow on the top. I like olive colour as well. I wish it could have straps for carrying on the back.
