Add to BasketI have 2 Esee Izula knives, so bought this "upgraded" version. Major problem with the provided sheath - I had to use a hammer to remove it. Kydex upgrade necessary. Second thing, whatever colour blade you order the handle is a light grey.

Bought the izula 2 after buying the izula. The izula is a brilliant little knife though I feel the handle is it’s only let down. Any prolonged use in my hand would be an issue with the izula 2 this shouldn’t be an issue. Fast delivery and esee knives have always treated me well in the past.
Tougher than John Wick and a better fit in your hand than a cold pint on a hot day . The extra length in the handle turns this into possibly the best knife ever made! I'm rough on knives and this is the knife that can take it, yes you have to grind off that lovely coating on the spine if you want to use a ferro rod but if you are giving this knife the use it deserves then the coating is going to take a battering anyway! Buy one they are awesome you will never break it! Oh, forgot to mention they are razor sharp out of the box, retain a great edge and are easy to sharpen ( use a dc3 or 4 and strop it after).
Good size, fits the hand well. The Izula II has a sightly longer handle by half an inch than the Izula I and as i know only too well that half an inch really matters. The coating is about as welcome as my sexual advances but both are easily removed by smearing with paint stripper and the application of some wire wool. The sheath is pretty tacky but meh. Oh, and its not made in china so thats nice. I give it 4 firm hand shakes out of a hug.
First of all the knife is excellent, fits perfectly for what I need it for. Sharp out the box and cones with ESEE lifetime warranty so no complaints at all! Secondly the company. Ordered this knife during the current pandemic, expecting it to take longer than usual... my knife still arrived within about two days after ordering! Can not recommend this company highly enough!
