The Due Cigni Tuscany Santoku is a real cut above the rest in terms of quality. Made in Maniago, Italy it has a hard, 4119 nitro-B stainless steel blade which will hold it's edge extremely well and is highly resistant to rust. The indents on the blade prevent what your cutting sticking to the side of the blade.
The handle is made from smooth tactile Olive wood which will hold up very well to constant use and still look the business!
