I played 18 holes of golf and did gardening, went to bed at 10pm. Woke up at 7am and the watch had stopped !! Great looking watch but totally unreliable unless you wear it 24/7
I wrote before the watch was excellent, after wearing the watch I must amend that review. After around 10 hours of not wearing the watch it stops. Take the watch off overnight is just okay but any longer and the watch will stop which is often inconvenient. I love the watch and timekeeping is satisfactory but this residual power is a big issue
The watch is excellent in terms of design, build quality and value. Obviously inspired by another more expensive brand but excellent in every respect
I have various watches which are mostly all Automatics, including a Rolex Submariner, withe the price of the Rolex GMTs now out of reach, I have spent hours watching reviews on youtube and narrowed it down to 2. Steinhart GMT or the Davosa Ternos 42mm Pro GMT. I like heavy watches and the Steinhart is only 13mm thick and half the price which is boardering thin for me. So I ordered up the Davosa. Had a discount code from Heinnie which was handy, it came next morning as usual with all Heinnie orders, well packed and double boxed. The watch box is well constructed and to be fair equal to my Rolex, the watch including strap is all stainless and feels quality from the word go. Its finished to a very high standard with no sharp edges bar the end of the folding clasp wich just needed the edge fettling to mar the sdge. Out the box its +4 secs a day and I'm sure this will settle in the coming weeks, cyclops is centred well over the date, Lume is 90% of industry standard Seikos well mine anyway. Surprised the cermanic bezle insert hasen't got any lume though, just the dial and hands. dropped it one point on the review as the link screws on 0ne Link were married, not a issue as I had to remove one link each side on my 7.5 wrist, but check them on delivery as you won't be happy if you need all the links and you can never un-see a merried link screw pin. If you want a heavy 15.5mm watch with the ETA Movement you won't be disappointed
