The CRKT Blade Lock folding knives are designed by Michael Walker and well-regarded for their unique locking mechanisms, quality construction, and distinct aesthetic.
The design uses the thumb stud positioned on one side of the blade to unlock the blade, which fixes in place in both the open and closed positions. Pressing in the thumb stud releases the lock and allows one-handed deployment.
The handle is a tapered design with a finger recess, made of stainless steel with G10 covers. The cross-cut texturing of the G10 and two over-sized lock covers - often found on Walker designs - and giving the knife an almost steam-punk appeal.
