    Great little knife

Posted by Paul Thomas on 13th Oct 2020

Bought this as a companion to the little Pazoda , after being slightly surprised at how small it is i was pleasantly surprised by the quality feel and the fit and finish . More than sharp enough out of the box and just a great little knife . Now what we need is a HH special , UK legal in red g10 would be a total winner . Paul.

    Good little knife

Posted by Jon Blurton on 19th Sep 2013

HH did it again, super fast delivery!! The knife is a little smaller than expected, but in a good way, solid build quality, frame is recessed into the G10, feels really good in the hand, nice sharp jimping, though awkward to use on a knife this size, only complaint is the blade centering is way off, and the right side of the blade rubs against the liner slightly, is Ok for now, but over time may wear the blade coating off, hence 4 stars.

    Bought 2...

Posted by Christopher on 11th Sep 2013

I have two of these knives (plain) and am so impressed. I bought mine recently for 20 pound each (outside UK). The design is great, the quality high, easy to flip open, sharp otb and remains sharp! I bought two as I was concerned that CRKT might discontinue them one day and wanted to ensure I have a spare :)

    Fantastic little folding knife.

Posted by Chris on 5th May 2012

Just received my CRKT early on this morning and first impressions of this knife are very good! Feels very strong and robust, well made and came razor sharp out of the box. This knife will definitely serve me well for when I am out hunting and skinning rabbit. For such a well made knife £27.95 is a bargain. Thankyou HH.

    Sharp Service!

Posted by Damien on 26th Dec 2011

For this price you just can't complain. I don't own any other serrated knives but thought these serrations looked like they could work.... and they do! No blade play at all, nice grip on the G10 handles, very light, and a very smooth opener. Takes a really nice edge, and this is my 1st CRKT that was sharp OTB! Ordered at 17:30 on 23.12.11 received at 0900 24.12.11 - I am in awe of you HH, you guys + girls rock, thankyou!

    Great EDC blade.

Posted by Charlie on 9th Jun 2011

I bought the plain blade version as I needed a solid EDC knife for work. The Drifter has a great, solid little blade that takes (and holds) a great edge and is rigid enough for a wide range of cutting tasks. The liner lock is good and solid and there is absolutely no play in the blade pivot. Having used my Drifter every day for nearly a year I?m extremely happy with it and I think it?s about the best knife available at this price point. As ever, HH's service was super fast!

    Great value folder

Posted by Matt Johnson on 28th Apr 2011

I picked this up along with the stainless version. I actually ordered the part serrated version but received the plain edge but to be honest I'm glad I did. The blade itself needed a little sharpening but no where near as much as the stainless version which came very dull. After a quick session on a ceramic they both took a good edge, the recurve is a little tricky to sharpen but it can be done with a bit of effort. The jimping isn?t very effective but at least there is some. Overall a lovely little knife with a nice blade shape and no blade play. Apart from the relatively dull blades these knives are a real gem.
