We actively check that all customers buying these items are aged over 18 years, both at the time of sale, and at the point of delivery. We use a number of third-party sources of information to verify age at point of sale. At delivery, the recipient will need to provide proof of age to the delivery person.

Yes, if you place your order as normal on www.heinnie.com, we will add the shipping costs (listed on www.heinnie.com/shipping). We will charge you in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and your card company will convert to your local currency. When placing your order please be sure to put your card address down exactly as it appears on your statement so that we can obtain authorisation from your bank.

Unfortunately, the manufacturers will not supply us with these items. You will need to contact the manufacturer direct. Most of the manufacturers that we deal with have their own website with a "contact us" section. If you email them with your request they will usually sort these spares out for you.

Postal charges mean that it is not possible to ship the lowest value items at zero cost. Free delivery is available on higher value orders.

Yes, if you want to place an order just use the button below to tell us the product codes, your name, delivery address and a telephone number we will email you back with a total amount and our bank details and you can then deposit this direct into our account. As soon as it clears we can process your order as normal.

Yes, we accept Postal Orders and Paypal. However we will require proof of age if you are using either of these methods. This is because we will not be able to satisfactorily confirm your age as over eighteen. Proof may be in the form of a copy of your passport, driving licence or other government-issued ID. Please note that once your age has been confirmed, any future orders will be free of age verification delays.
