    Rather complicated

Well made, but rather too complicated and bulky for my liking I'm afraid.

    Cracking little pouch.

Posted by Paul Appleby. on 22nd Aug 2013

Just received my pouch with the usual speed and efficiency that HH always provide, well done guys. This pouch is a really good bit of kit, and is certainly worth double the price. 5 stars for the pouch, and 6 stars for HH service.

I've had one of these pouches since 2011 and it's still going strong, I've carried everything from a Sog ppp to a Sog powerlock, my Swisschamp, my Charge ti and Surge, they all fit nicely. Highly recommended :)

    Strong but bulky

Posted by Paul on 10th Dec 2012

I do love this pouch but it is a little too big for every day use. The large Velcro closure panel will hold your knife/tool securely. The multiple attachment options are very useful but they make this bulky even when empty. As another reviewer pointed out the elastic side panel will droop slightly when mounted horizontally but this has never caused me a problem (but would be if you try to carry a narrow knife horizontally) This pouch is now my "go to" for outdoor use but I am getting the "carry-all pouch" from HH for every day use. 6 stars for HH service, as usual.

    Only suited to wider knives

Posted by Rob Clohesy on 26th Sep 2012

Bit disappointed really. I bought this for my Opinel 9. I asked Heinnie and was advised that it would fit. It does fit of course but after wearing this pouch horizontally for a bit my knife nearly fell out because it slipped out the side! To be held in it would have needed to be a wider handle. Also some of the straps velcro is not sewn down properly, and I will need to repair and alter the pouch to make it fit for purpose. I don't blame Heinnie, I only noticed the problem after wearing the knife, sitting and standing etc, but it is a problem, worth being aware of, don't get this for narrow knives or anything less than about an inch in width. Unless you want to sew and improvise.

    CARRY ALL POUCH

Posted by BLAKE on 24th Aug 2012

Great pouch that would fit most folding knives and multitools. Bought this for the Leatherman Wingman. Sorted. Well made and good for a harness or belt system. Great service as usual.

At 3 times the price, it'd still be great value

Posted by Chas Roberts on 5th Aug 2012

You could search hard and spend a lot of money for the ideal small knife/multi-tool or torch pouch. Alternatively, you could just save a shed load of money and aggravation and buy this one. What you get is a hard-wearing and secure pouch which can be positioned vertically or horizontally on a belt or Tac vest, or attached to pack webbing. I have no idea who manufactures these great little pouches, but I wish they?d build bigger ones as well because for the money you can?t beat them.

    very nice pouch

A nice pouch that's well made. I think the description does need the sizes adding to the specs though.
