The Carinthia BRENTA has become a classic. An indispensable companion on long marches, it boasts low weight and small stuff size. The ground level cut means that there is more insulation on the top and sides where it is needed most. An extra strip of insulation has been added at the side of the back to give maximum warmth down to the insulating mat. The trapezoidal foot section ensures that this important area also keeps warm. With scalloped hood, draft collar, zipped pocket and pillow pouch, this is a quality lightweight and comfortable sleeping bag. The practical pillow pouch can be filled with a pullover or anorak; it can also be removed for washing separately.

Having owned a tech bag with the latest high wicking materials I was disappointed to be cold at nights even though they were rated to -20 .. I decided I needed a poly cotton lined high spec bag .. This ticked all the boxes so I bought it.. very pleased, well made, very comfortable and warm but packs very small. Nice touches with external zip pocket and poly cotton pillow liner for you to stuff to make a pillow.. really recommend this bag..
Great bag, I can't wait to try it out in the woods. Comfort is -11 Extreme is -30 not -20 like it says in the spec.
