It is great just the best deck knife you will find. If ypu work on the deck(merchant marine, sailor etc) You won't find better. Spyder co have better steel but really as long as you look after the knife it dosen't make any difference. Just a couple things. To be aware of. The hinge is perfectly strong for cutting but not as a lever. So don't try and pry anything open with it. Also give it a rinse or eventually it will tarnish/rust. Othetwise, razor sharp and easy to resharpen and nice and light.
