Classic, convenient and multi-purpose, the Buck Deuce is an extremely handy, ultra compact penknife with a lovely wood grain handle.

Both blades use 420J2 stainless steel which is a general-purpose steel well suited for routine applications, is easily sharpened, and offers a great blend of hardness and wear resistance.

It is also all under 7.6cm (3in) long and non-locking making it a UK friendly carry pocket knife.

    Small but nice

Posted by Greg Corrie on 1st Feb 2021

Smaller than the Buck solo in length, would probably be a little more useful if it was the same size. The quality of the blade doesn't seem quite as nice but scales are well finished and the rest seems quality. I would say the solo is better size for use but this is a nice small pocket knife

    Excellent in the office

Posted by Mark on 1st Apr 2020

Buck Deuce, so small but so useful. The edge was excellent out of the box and still holds a good edge after few months of use, mainly for office use this traditional knife will not disappoint. I didn't expect much from the small coping blade but i couldn't have been more wrong, i use it multiple times a day for varied small tasks so much so i also ordered the Buck Solo so i could have one at the office at all times. Excellent value for the price, prompt delivery from HH.

    Deucedly good!

Posted by Stevo on 13th Feb 2018

This tiny traditional pocket knife is much more useful than its minuscule proportions would suggest. The keen blades are almost like having a scalpel to hand. In an office, where opening a box of copy paper often means going off to locate some scissors to remove tight plastic banding, the small Deuce coping blade snips the tough plastic easily. While not everyone these days understands the inherent usefulness of a traditional slipjoint pocket knife, those in the know, and, may I say, many of an older generation, grew up in a time and place where such things were accepted as a normal accessory for daily life. The small size of the Buck Deuce is charming, and being so little, it just disappears in one's pocket. So, it would make a lovely gift for someone who appreciates pocket knives. The Buck Deuce; tiny but trusty. It gets my vote!
