The BPS Ferro Rod is a simple, essential bit of fire-lighting kit: a ferrocerium rod that throws a shower of hot sparks to light tinder in any weather, wet or dry, at altitude or in wind where a lighter gives up. Pair it with the square spine of a bushcraft knife and you've got reliable ignition that works long after the lighter fluid's run out. Compact enough to live in a pocket, pack or possibles pouch.
