Boker Plus XS Heinnie® Edition Folding Knife 18

SImilar feel to my Spiderco UK PK, but half the price. I also prefer the thumb stud opening to the blade hole on the Spidey, and the larger cutting length also comes in handy. Probably my favourite of my larger style knives (Large for UK EDC knives anyway).

I like spiderco knives and this is spiderco style. I have more than one that I use all the time. So if you know and like spiderco knives you will like this. Also it is pretty well an exact copy of a boker xs but with not as good a slip joint in my opinion. I was very sharp out of the box I only used it to cut some paper to test it, as I bought two knives, this and the Sog terminus and I liked the Sog better, the slip joint was stronger and is very similar to the Boker xs which is a good knife. I just don't think that this one deserves the hype, it is well made but for me the relatively weak slip joint is not good.

i love this knife however it needs jimping. its a hand filler has a really strong back spring but is smooth upon opening and can be used in either hand the pocket clip feels like a after thought. and needs a lanyard hole other than that makes a good alternative to a ukpk if you are on a budget has nice grippy g10 scales

The delivery was fast super impressed! Only gave the knife a 3 star, although the majority of its fit & finish is decent the blade has a slight bend to it at the tip & because i’m lazy and can’t be bothered to send it back i’ll just put up with it. Nice strong spring, good half stop & the chance of it closing on your fingers is reduced due to the finger choil!

Strange dimpling on blade and two scratches. Almost like there's dust trapped under the blade coating

Absolutely solid all rounder of a knife. I have 2 and recently bought a third as a friend's first proper pocket knife.

In my opinion one of the best slipjoint knifes out there. Great size, great and secure handling. Nice and very sharp blade. Beautiful action and one handed deployment. Solid steel. All that for a very appealing price. I like!

Probably legal for UK EDC but hard to be certain. Case law since the folding pocket knife exemption legislation was passed has muddied the waters concerning blade length and cutting edge length. You make your own choice I guess. I wish a deep carry pocket clip was available. Great value knife though, with a satisfyingly strong back spring and finger-protecting choil.
