Ripstop Jackets

A collection of jackets made with ripstop materials. Ripstop fabric, a material renowned for its resistance to tearing and ripping, is woven with a reinforcing technique where thicker, stronger yarns are interwoven at regular intervals in a crosshatch or grid pattern. This grid pattern prevents tears from spreading further if a small tear or snag occurs. While traditionally associated with nylon, ripstop fabric can also be made from other materials like polyester, cotton, or blends. Nylon ripstop is known for its light weight and strength, while polyester ripstop excels in UV and water resistance.
