Beautiful, solid and unexpectedly functional.
Hands up, this beautiful knife was purchased mainly because of admiration of the lines, the finish and reputation of the maker. Despite not really being a fan of pieces 'for the drawer'. Upon it's lightning arrival, I immediately realised my mistake. The sheath was the first clue. Simple, functional and effective Kydex. Entirely secure, ready FOR USE. The piece itself sits perfectly in the hand, gloved or bare. The angular, but still shaped handles inspire confidence. It's proportionate blade length allows it to be strong and precise when either quality was required. The deliberate jimping assists your control effectively. In short, it has been used and chosen when I would have expected to take alternative tools with me. It is not merely a pretty drawer piece. It's finish, quality and form is as good as you would hope for, but I hope that you will enjoy it's functionality. With these combining near perfectly, the harpoon is beautiful in the truest sense.
