    Great little Stove

Posted by Al Macrae on 5th May 2015

If you are looking for a stove that packs small, works well and does what it should then look no further. This is a great stove for traveling light. It packs down into its own little carry pouch. i have used this on a few trips now, and with a handful of twigs and some material you can have a nice contained fire going in minutes. with about 4 refills of wood etc you can boil up a conventional mess tin of water in around 15 mins. The flap door is a great idea, but it can be a little tricky getting material in to refuel (fat fingers etc) but on the whole its a great little HoBo style stove. I gave it 4 stars though as i felt a few little tweeks might be worth mentioning. Add some good size steel nails to your pack and you can lay them across the top to make a platform. a larger more stable opening at the top might be better for certain containers, but my mess tins work well. Delivery and customer service from HH as always A1+...... ; )
