The Finch Knife Company Sugar House Syndicate Series is named after the sugar warehouses of Kansas City used by underworld crime organizations in the 1930s.
Finch Knife Co. steps into the smoky haze of the Prohibition era with the Jackrabbit “Gin Joint.” Its dyed red bone handle recalls the dim glow of underground bars, while a steel rabbit head inlay marks its outlaw namesake. At 19.7cm (7.75 inches) overall with a 7.6cm (3 inch) blade, this knife blends classic lockback reliability with Syndicate styling.
