Schrade Double Lockback Folding Knife 18

I haven’t bought a new knife for years even though I’ve been the HH mailing list, so this looked a bit of a bargain...and it is, two solid and sharp blades, grippy handle and it’s under a tenner. Brilliant.

I bought 2 of these. Since they are so cheap. I have now turned one into a slip joint with a little bit of filing so is now UK legal. The other can stay a lock knife at the minute. As it's a sub £9 knife Im not going to knock fit and finish. Although one of the knives came with a damaged lock bar that didn't snap into place properly. Fixed this but it is now noticeable as whole knife is black with a silver part showing. Can definitely recommend just don't expect high quality at this price.

I've had mine for months now and it does the job. The Schrade badge fell out of the scale and got lost before I could glue it back in. It's ideal for boxes and plastic straps and has the appropriate blade for each. Probably the best value "Warehouse Knife" available, being inexpensive, strong, and looks like a box cutter so no drama at work.

Very pleased with the blades, both performed well (under limited circumstances due to the lockdown) managed all tests I put it through with very little damage or problems, I have since bought another one to put in my camping/bug out bag as a backup to the folder and fixed that are already there. I found the knife comfortable in the hand but I have quite big hands, maybe has something to do with it. Excellent value for money, excellent service and excellent customer support from Heinnie again.

So good for the price, I bought another one. Highly versatile with the double edge profiles, not had much to do because of the lockdown but my second will go in my bug out as a backup while I use the other one in daily use. Superb service as usual, Heinnie Haynes excel in customer service and support

MY MISTAKE WAS I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT SIX OF THEM AND PUT THEM IN SEVERAL BACKPACKS AND THE CAR.SUPERB FOR THE DOSH.I AM A GREAT BIG STUPID OLD HECTOR!

got this knife and found it very uncomfortable to use because of the blade shape,so I removed the serrated blade and packed out the gap with washers.as a single blade knife its very good in the hand
