    Samura Arny

Fantastic addition to my kitchen knives. The edge is very thin and sharp and digs in well when slicing anything. Unlike the last cleaver I bought this is a narrow blade with an almost spring like temper that slices thinly and of course can be used to scoop the chopped ingredients up to put in the pan. It has now replaced all of my knives for my kitchen tasks. I don't eat meat so have not tried chopping through any animal parts, not sure it would fare well against tough bones.
