This is the longer, thicker 'wilderness' model of the popular ESEE-3 tactical knife. With its 5mm(¹/₅in.) thickness, full flat grind, rounded pommel, Micarta handles and light weight, it can serve as a primary backpacking and wilderness survival knife, or fitted to your modular system for duty carry in a tactical environment. ESEE-4's are packaged and shipped with a sheath instruction sheet and ESEE Survival Business Card. This sheath system is one of the most versatile systems in the industry. This version is the tactical, desert tan coated model, with a black sheath.

Love the Esee 4!

I am really pleased with the Esee 4! I just love the texture and grip from the micarta scales, and I also love the colour of the desert tan blade! The blade holds a sharp edge and came hair popping sharp out of the box! Also it is really easy to resharpen! I highly recommend buying this knife as it will last you a lifetime as Esee offers an lifetime warranty for any damages to your knife!

I love this knife! Its just the right size nice and weight, very comfortable handle, indestructable build quality (see youtube, hammered point and blade first into concrete blocks with no chips and keeps edge/point retention) this and a RTAK II is all you will ever need, AMAZING. Thanks HH

A very versatile tool for all-round bushcraft and survival skills . The 5mm thick blade splits wood very well but is also nimble enought for perfect feathersticks . The kydex sheath is very secure and well made . Remember , your paying £60 for the knife And £60 for UNLIMITED LIFETIME REPLACEMENT ! This purchase is an investment ! You'll always have a decent knife no matter what . Ordered this RAT RC4 but the new ESEE-4 model was sent .

This is one tough little knife and a first class skinner. You will not regret it if you decide to get one. Mine came razor sharp and I have skinned with it and done some light camp chores and it is still as sharp as on day 1. You must however maintain it properly as it is 1095. Sheath with carrying options is great. I highly recommend this future classic. Sorry HH for not getting mine from you.
