it didnt really work for me.

Posted by al on 12th Sep 2011

It's a fairly well made item and I can appreciate that for those with big pockets it could work, but for me the elasticated loops wouldn't satisfactorily hold my items, which were a sak (alox cadet), aaa torch, widgy bar, embassy pen and a zippo. All but the zippo were very loosely held in place sometimes even falling out. With the addition of some cable ties, a notepad and some plasters the thing was too bulky to pocket and too much of a fumble to use. A cable tie even managed to poke through the inside pocket fabric. the 3 x 5 notepad however is absolutely flawless for my needs and I highly recommend it over this. Iv'e even managed to fit more in it, plus my essentials are accessible from the outside whilst still safe, its more durable with a nicer, tougher feel to it and its much slimmer. Check it out before buying this.

    Great :)

Posted by Dusty on 25th Jul 2011

I got mine quickly from HH as always and found it was instantly what I needed to keep everything in one place and stop it all banging off each other. Currently carries, small selection of plasters, pencil, Fenix 1xAA light and a SAK along with iPhone charging cable and earphones. Can also easily fit the phone in there but it's too hard to get too very quickly yet perfect for putting inside a bag for a day away when you just want it with you. Can also fit another Surefire E1e light if necessary and I carry spare batteries in the mesh pouch on front for each light. All bits and pieces mentioned above will fit in at once and close but can be a little bulky for pocket carry with everything. I normally carry the phone in my other pocket so it's not normally a problem :)

EDC organiser that actually fits in a pocket

Posted by Skaface on 13th Jul 2011

Don't know if its my cargo trousers or the amount of stuff I was trying to fit in the original EDC organiser, but it didn't really fit in my pocket. Decided to minimise my EDC & found the micro organiser much better for my on me at all times gear. I can fit a small pen, whistle, Maglite solitaire, 2 electronic cigarettes, a disposable lighter, keyring multi tool, small note pad, collection of plasters & 2 tea bags in mine. Really pleased with it.
