Leatherman FREE T4

A very well built multi tool, a little bigger than I was expecting but I wouldn’t change that for weakness. This is solid would take some serious beating. Personally I would prefer a tooth pick over tweezers unless u get ticks I never use them. The one hand opening of the tools is a little tricky. Overall very pleased and would recommend.

The FREE T4 has a good weight and size and is easy to operate. The tools all deploy smoothly and easily thanks to the magnetic architecture used throughout this series of Leathermans. No need to use your fingernails on this bad boy! The blade came very sharp out the box. This is a great tool to have in a drawer around the house but due to the locking blade, it's unfortunately not UK EDC legal which is a huge shame as this tool would be perfect for daily carry. Regardless, this is a superb tool that I'd highly recommend. ?

Great knife for every day use

The blade is a tad awkward to open single handed (but there is a knack), but on the whole I am really warming to it. Feels good in the hand. Scissors are good as are all the tools, and the fidget factor is quite high. The awl could be more pointy. but then you lose baby screwdriver. Swings and roundabouts. As always, Heinnie Haynes were first class. If I'd recieved it any quicker it would have arrived before I'd ordered it !?!!. Excellent company. Thanks.

Great Leatherman quality. Very useful EDC toolset. The locking on the tools is rock solid. As required all the tools were easily openable with one hand and exterior. That was the major selling point for me. They can be closed one handed too once you get the knack of it. Absolutely love it. Excellent service from Hennie too. TYVM.

Had the Leatherman Free T4 for a few days now and I’m impressed. I took the online reviews with a pinch of salt and decided to bite the bullet and order one from HH, as usual the service was spot on and it arrived in a couple of days. First impressions are good, the tool locking system is very clever with the same release toggle releasing all the individual tools per side. There is a fair amount of plastic on the tool but that’s to fill dead space only. Magnetic retention is also really good with no accidental deployment of tools. With practice and a bit of jiggery pokery you can deploy the blade one handed. The deep carry pocket clip is also ace. All in I’m very happy with it, and if your in the market for a decent quality non plier multi tool I can recommend it

I ordered mine on the 5th July 2019 and I received it on the 6th July 2019, Fantastic service from hennie haynes as usual, I think the tool is great for what it is, it is a new tool not a copy, it's not meant to be a wave, charge or surge it is a T4, it fits into your pocket and after a few minutes you don't even notice it there, it is perfect for small everyday jobs, if you are doing something harder take your wave, charge, surge with you instead, You can open every tool on it one handed just like the P4 and K4 that I also have.
