The Cold Steel Mini Leatherneck Series embodies the big-small knife design perfectly. Made from 8Cr13MoV steel and offered in three blade styles (this is the Clip Point), each features a stainless steel guard with broad quillons to protect your fingers. The grip is made from Kray-Ex and is designed to be reminiscent of the larger Cold Steel Leatherneck models.
The Cold Steel Mini Leatherneck Clip Point is supplied with a tough, sturdy Secure-Ex sheath that will accommodate a bead lan-yard or a Cold Steel C-Clip.

Add to BasketProbably too small and light weight to be of any real fixed blade use, but it's pretty good in the garden for digging up weeds, with a good sized guard and comfy handle. Received a free black plastic knife with an order from HH many years ago that was my go to tool for digging up weeds by the roots but have somehow managed to lose it. This wee Cold Steel Mini has made an excellent replacement.
Seems well made and the blade is up to the usual Cold Steel standard - Sharp! The only thing I'd like to have seen would be an attachment for belt carry as it'd be a fairly bulky neck carry, that notwithstanding it's a lovely little knife, big enough to be useful
This was on on my radar as soon as I saw the press release on the CS website. Cold Steel spend a lot of time making cheaper, more affordable versions of their more high end products- I reckon this time, they need to do it the other way around, and make a version of this little knife using better quality materials. It's a real winner, a small, chunky bowie blade, with a really comfy grip. if they made an S35 version, with a stacked leather handle, and a steel hammer pommel, I'd pay many times more for it. In the mean time, I'll settle for this version, which is brilliant, all the same...!
Great knife for the price. Inexpensive and great quality you'd expect from cold steel. Nice small secondary knife. Fast delivery from HH as always.
