Description

The CJRB Boxer G10 Utility Knife is a tidy, well-made folding utility knife that turns a humble blade holder into something you’ll actually want in your pocket. Crafted by CJRB Cutlery, a brand known for bringing thoughtful design and quality materials to accessible price points.

This J1967 Boxer uses a button lock mechanism, letting you open and stow the blade with one hand quickly and confidently — a welcome upgrade over cheap sliders. The handle scales are robust G10, giving a grippy, moisture-resistant feel without adding bulk. The blade holder accepts standard utility blades (included with ten extras), so you’re not tied to proprietary replacements.

At about 144 mm open and just 61 g, it carries comfortably and won’t weigh down your EDC. The stonewashed/Black PVD-finished blade holder pairs nicely with the colourful G10 options — practical and pleasing to the eye. Ideal for daily cutting tasks where replaceable blades make sense.

CJRB Boxer Blue Ripple Utility Knife

Posted by Julian Perry on 30th Jan 2026

What a fantastic little knife! A full-sized utility knife that folds safely and slips into your pocket as easily and unobtrusively as a small penknife. It is lightweight but still manages to feel substantial and the G10 scales are grippy and fills the hand nicely. I originally went for the Black and orange which turned out to be out of stock, however I'm glad I went for the blue as its understated but very attractive and looks 'proper'. Where these beat normal 'stanley' type knives hands down, is that there is a good 50mm of cutting edge exposed, which means they can be used as you would a normal folding knife, with the advantage that you can just change the blade when it gets blunt - no sharpening here! The blade changes are quick and tool-less and you get 10 spares in the pack! The last thing is the ease of opening - one handed flick of the thumb stud or press the lock button and flick it open with your wrist - it's very addictive! Closing is also one-handed and is so intuitive you don't have to take your eye's off your work to do it. Get one while you still can!
