This Pocket Knife Sheath is an unusual design but extremely practical enabling the user to carry a pocket knife horizontally.
Perfectly sized for most standard pocket sized knives such as the Rough Rider Barlow (as pictured) which is 8.4cm when closed, the loop can then act as a belt or neck attachment.

The sheath is well made and feels good quality. Unfortunately it has a couple of drawbacks, primarily it is so small I don't even own a knife that will fit. You can get a Maglite Solitaire or a Fenix EO1 torch (1xAAA size) in it, and they're a nice snug fit, but it's far too small for even a bic lighter. Only truly small knives need apply. Secondly it also struggles with belts, anything over 1.25" wide will be a squeeze, and if it's made of thick-ish leather it compresses the sheath to the point at which even the Maglite will only just fit.
Very small and belt loop is too tight to get a 2" belt through
Ok just got this and its a bit smaller than I thought it would be, but it is the perfect size for a Victorinox Alox Cadet. I had hoped it would fit a Alox Pioneer which it does but some of the knife pokes out, the Cadet is fully contained in the sheath so you need a lanyard to pull it out. A Victorinox Waiter fits but a Spartan is much too big. The knife fits in very snugly and will deffo not fall out. This sheath fits tightly on my waist belt, very comfy you don't know its there. Great quality lovely stitching, good leather.
