Designed by Ramón Chavez, the Redencion is instantly recognisable and unapologetically solid. Chaves Knives began as a custom maker in the US, and that no-nonsense attitude still shows through even in their production pieces. The milled titanium handle gives the knife its distinctive stepped profile, adding grip and stiffness without unnecessary bulk. It feels purposeful in the hand, like it was drawn with a ruler and a bad attitude - in a good way.
The blade is made from a premium powdered stainless steel, chosen for dependable edge retention and sensible corrosion resistance for everyday use. It is a non-locking knife with a sub three inch (7.6cm) blade making it a UK Friendly folder. The streamlined design is accentuated by the omission of a pocket clip. Instead it is supplied with a handsome black leather sheath with red stitching.
