Blade Magazine Hall of Fame member and custom knifemaker Bob Terzuola has been setting standards in mission-ready fixed-blades since the early eighties. In 1981, Spyderco co-founder, Sal Glesser, revolutionized the knife industry with the introduction of a pocket clip on a folding knife. He then paired that concept with Spyderco’s now iconic Trademark Round Hole, creating the first one-hand opening, clip-carry pocketknife. In 1990, Bob became Spyderco’s first collaborator, incorporating Sal’s innovations into his tactical knife designs to yield the groundbreaking C15 Bob Terzuola. In 1999, Spyderco worked with Bob again to introduce the Starmate, a design that combined the key qualities of Bob’s designs with the advantages of Sal’s Trademark Round Hole and pocket clip.
Twenty-five years later, Spyderco is proud to celebrate Bob and Sal by reintroducing this limited-edition Starmate Sprint Run®. Its hollow-ground, modified clip-point blade is crafted from high-performance CPM 20CV particle metallurgy stainless steel. The satin-finished blade is paired with a handle built with peel-ply-textured G-10 scales and nested, skeletonized stainless steel liners that form the foundation of the knife’s sturdy Michael Walker LinerLock mechanism. The handle features an inlaid Terzuola logo and includes a four-position pocket clip that supports all carry positions.

This is definitely a tactical type knife solid build and a beautifully shaped blade the hollow grind gives the thick blade stock great cutting ability while the handle is very ergonomic,I love it a very capable knife and a great collectors piece,as always a big thanks to the team at Hennie
