Brilliant value!

I wanted an open hammock I could use in summer with the option of a big net - the zipped nets are great in midge season but when you don’t need it the view is spoiled and it’s a faff - hence this hammock. I bought a DD super light but it had a 100kg limit, so I returned it and bought this - which is nearly half the price with a 181kg limit! It’s brilliant!!! Just add a DD super light mosi net and you’re set! Very comfy and the quality is spot on (unlike my experiences of DD hammocks and tarps). Was a little unsure of using 550 cord but it works fine and is of course called 550 cord because it can take 550 lbs which is over 200kg. Really really good value and quality. Service from HH as always was second to none.

This hammock is very lightweight and has a very small pack size. It is big enough to accommodate any size person. The Paracord supplied is genuine 550. The suspension attachment system is very handy, but does stretch slightly during the night. The carabiners supplied are quite small so I would advise purchasing others.

Great Hammock, but...

This hammock is great, there is nothing to criticize about it. However, not a full 5 stars as the suspension system is fairly useless. It doesn't fit around numerous trees and also damages the tree. The paracord supplied is fine but I would recommend simply undoing the knots and learning some useful knots like the "Clove hitch". This way you can setup to many more sizes of tree manually.
