The Nitecore NTP30 Pen features a CNC machined body made from titanium alloy, which provides strong rigidity plus resistance to high impacts and corrosion. This material is very lightweight and also comfortable against the skin. The NTP30 has a sturdy clip which allows for attachment to a backpack, pocket or notebook.
At the non-writing end there is a Tungsten steel, tapered tip for emergency glass breaking. The pens stand-out feature has to be the bi-directional bolt design which retracts either the pen refill or the Tungsten tip; simply move the slider in the L-shape groove. This also doubles as a convenient lockout when this part of the pen is not in use.
It is supplied with a Schneider Gelion 39 roller ball refill.
