Description

The Mora Scout 39 (S) is a perfect first scout knife, and is made for woodcarving and outdoor adventures. It features a pointed blade made of Swedish stainless steel and a double finger guard for added safety. The birch wood handle is sized for smaller hands and comes with a leather sheath.

  • Since the 1930s, the Scout has been a trusted first knife for kids on both big and small adventures. Features a child-sized birch handle, and the double finger guard offers extra safety. The Scout 39 model features a pointed, 86 mm long blade made of stainless steel.

FOR YOUNG ADVENTURERS ON BIG OUTDOOR ADVENTURES

  • Let children use the scout knife under adult supervision for simple carving tasks and outdoor activities. The full rat-tail tang runs throughout the handle, providing stability in every cut.
  • The included sheath is made of vegetable tanned leather, features a belt strap, and a classic button lock that secures the knife in place. The embossed coat of arms from Dalarna is a tribute to Morakniv’s craft heritage.

SWEDISH STAINLESS STEEL WITH LONG-LASTING SHARPNESS

  • The 2.0 mm thick, 86 mm long blade is made from Swedish stainless steel (12C27), with a recycle rate over 80% and a hardness of 56.5 HRC. The steel is durable, retains its sharpness for a long time, and requires minimal maintenance.
