Work sharp professional
Still undecided can get blades super sharp but feel like you have to grind a lot of all of your knife to achieve it at the moment i think i prefer free hand but i think that my view might same as i get more proficient with the system. I have to say i have got parts of the blade the shape i have got a knife but still need to practice on the tip and heel. I think some jaws for the smaller knives we carry in the uk would be better than the table and also a coarser grit would be appreciated. I would say only really useful for fairly bit pocket knives like a ukpk up kinda size. I will update my review uf my view changes.
