    Spyderco UK PK Drop Point

Posted by Al on 10th Apr 2023

This isn't just the regular leaf blade with a slice missing; the blade has been adjusted so that it's thinner, has more belly, the tip has been reinforced, and the thumb hole is actually a tad more discrete, but very easy to access. Just having the blade be more ergonomic (thinner) when closed and clipped makes a difference too, if you've ever had a wide knife twisting & poking you, you'll understand. I'm very happy with this product; I 'worked' on the original design, almost 20 years ago, and I think this is the best version yet, for my purposes (letter opening, box opening, tape and paracord cutting). Just a note: the curved, finger-long blade, might raise eyebrows in polite company. Take that as good or bad, up to you.

    Awesome knife

Posted by Rob Free on 24th Dec 2022

I'm so glad I picked this up. Super awesome collaboration with Spyderco. Ironically, I bought a knife made in the United States, shipped to Britain and shipped back to the United States. But, I think this 20 times better than the lightweight model

Spyderco uk legal drop point hennie edition

Posted by Tom Rawley on 13th Nov 2022

This has become my EDC. I love the thumb hole on spyderco knives, which allows for a good solid level of tension in the slip joints. Colour and finish of the handle is both functional as well as surprisingly aesthetically pleasing. It’s a good solid alternative to a world in which the government has to tie our frikin shoe laces. And given that I’m a Hennie fan boy and have a few of the H line, it fits in nicely with, although is the best of, the Hennie edition knives.

An extremely well made UK legal EDC knife. Extremely sharp out of the box and easily opened and closed with one hand.

    Ukpd g10 drop point

Posted by Lewis on 14th Oct 2022

This blade is pocket knife cutting performance perfection, simply the most ergonomic, easy to use, easy to carry edc cutting tool you could ever expect to need. This g10 s30v drop point is the best version of the ukpk so far imo.

SPYDERCO UK PENKNIFE DROP POINT HEINNIE® EDITION

Posted by Kevin Izzard on 8th Oct 2022

Lovely EDC knife. Fit and finish is excellent, blade entering perfect and nice positive opening stop and easy smooth one handed opening. Top end steel with perfect grind, great looking blade shape, razor sharp SOTB and surprisingly light without feeling flimsy. The G10 scales feel much better in the hand than FRN and I personally like the shade of deep red; makes it easy to find the knife if you drop it in the wild! The handle shape gives a very secure grip and the 50/50 choil makes it almost impossible for the blade to snap shut on your fingers in use. My first Spyderco and I am very impressed.

    Ukpk drop point HH

Posted by Unknown on 28th Sep 2022

Very smart looking knife, in the HH red, very much enjoying the blade shape, interestingly the blade profile (minus the hole) is almost identical to the giant mouse farley when overlaid. Steel is good and for the materials it is very good value for money. The edge on mine was not perfect, a little asymmetric, particularly towards the tip, but that can be sorted fairly easily. My previous ukpk I bought 10 years ago (back when it was hollow ground BD1) and this HH version is markedly improved.
