Boasting lmost a 15 percent vanadium content, CPM 15V is a remarkable material that offers the highest wear resistance of any cold work tool steel available today. Its unique alloy composition creates an exceptionallly high volume of vanadium carbides in its microsctructure and make it a viable alternative to solid carbine in intricate tool designs.
