Designed by Kelly McCann the Spyderco Canis has a dramatic CPM® S30V® stainless steel blade combining a straight, Wharncliffe-style edge with narrow bevels, a reinforced tip, and a weight-saving mid-blade swedge to maximize strength and cutting efficiency. The ergonomic handle features peel-ply-textured carbon fiber/G-10 laminate scales, nested stainless steel liners, a high-strength Compression Lock, and a versatile four-position clip that supports all possible carry options.

Sweet blade

Love the canis got the fun of the pm2. The blade is sharp as spydies are and pointy the handle is a bit of an odd shape pm2 handle would be amazing but great blade all round Ps. Heinnie epic as always

Ordered Friday morning arrived Saturday morning thanks Heinnie Haynes . My 4th spyderco ladybug, endura 4, manix 2xl, and now the canis . I spent weeks looking at the smock the yojumbo and kizer sheepdog xl before pulling the trigger. Fit and finish is as it should be. Blade is razor sharp & dead centred my xl hands just fit , another 20mm on handle length would have suited me more. Other than that action super smooth and love the wharncliffe blade. Untested as yet but will be with me on site next week may update this review later.
